The famous chef Wolfgang Puck would call this Salmon Francoise. I just call it a BIG YUM. It’s so easy and yet so elegant. You can do this as a romantic dinner for two or for a small dinner party. The only trick to this is to be ready to sit and eat as soon as it’s done. Otherwise it will get cold fast!

These lamb chops are very easy to make. The balsamic reduction sauce enhances the flavor of the lamb, making this a delightfully delicious gourmet meal that still feels like comfort food.

Don’ t be mistaken if you decide to try this dish. It’s remarkably fun to eat and this preparation is very different. Wasabi (Japanese horseradish) gives it a bit of a kick, but you can really make this as mild or spicy as you’d like. Even I was remarkably surprised at how good this dish tasted. So take a risk. Get out of your comfort zone. You’ll be proud you did.
